New Feature! - Gallery

New feature!! G20.net Galleries!!! (http://www.g20.net/gallery)

You can upload photos to specific "mod" categories
Every photo you upload will also be displayed in your "member" gallery
If you wish, you can choose to post a photo only in your member gallery and not a category
Please keep the photos specific to G20's and events/mods/etc which relate to G20's
There is currently no "moderating" of the photos. Please do not abuse this. If it is abused, everyone's photos will need to be approved before they show up.
Yes I uploaded some photos of my G35 Coupe, but hey.. .I'm the BOSS, so do as I say, not as I do!!! :)
By default, members will have 10MB of photo space. Sponsors have 100MB of space.

Oh yeah.. currently when you click on "member galleries" there is a display issue.

The links should be above the search box. I noticed you only have three links. I "logged out" of the forum and noticed that I then see the three links that you have (instead of 5).

Are you logged in to the forum? If so, try clicking the login link in the gallery and see what happens... :confused:

Cool.. maybe IE for Mac has some cookie issues w/ the setup.


In theory, since the gallery uses the forum db, once you are logged in to the forum, you should be logged in to the gallery...

Is there a cap to how many pics each member may upload?
Id there a file size(pixels) max that a member may upload?
Is there a file size (mb) max that each member may upload?

If not I think you might want to consider that since hosting all these pics might be trouble in the long run

oh yeah and you need to make a link on the user cp or home page so we can get to the gallery!! just an idea so that we dont have to come click the link here everytime.;)

Yeah well... today I added a new "forum" which would just link to the gallery. Turned out it wasnt working too well, so I decided to delete it. Well... I deleted the wrong forum! d0h! :p

But yeah... look for a link or icon this weekend ;)

How do I see the comments that are left for the pics? I can't find a way.:(

They are left under the messages... however I just noticed that if you "rate" a photo, but dont leave comments, it will say there is a new comment but you wont see anything.


I just fixed this so that now it will show comments and ratings...

What happened to me was I rated the car, before I left a comment and it automatically left a blank comment as soon as I clicked the rating, may be fixed now...

If you click the rating in the "quick rating" box, it will just submit the rating.

If you use the rating in the "comments" area, you can rate and leave comments..

I doubt black will come out the usually have a hard time getting images on black shirts with out the color messing up. Just get one of the shirts listed on there. If you get rid of the car, you still get to support this site...;)

Thanks for the nice comments about my car. Right now I'm not sportin' the phantoms.. I need to get some new tires.. so I'm in stealth mode. :bandit:

As for the pics, since there's some interest, I'll go ahead and upload the bushings installed pics and the phantom grip pics (with tranny open).

I'm getting ready to put some more stuff on the car and write another article.. let's see if I make the npm dead line for this month..
