Well in my opinion anyways. I'll just download the movie. Fuck hollywood. They arent' getting any of my money for their 'efforts' in helping out the scene. But anywhoo. I saw this in someones sig and decided to post about one of the best parts in F&F2. :lol: :rambo: Enjoy!

If it is a Saleen, that's pretty sad... if it was the real saleen they crushe anyways... not that I'm a ford fan, but, still, that's a cool car....

undoubtedly its just a V6 stang dressed up to look like a Saleen. The people who made FNF2 seem pretty cheap. Basically all of the movie cars are shit. They had a Supra with a single turbo upgrade running--get this--14's. Thats slower than stock. What a joke.

All the cars are loaded down with vynal stickers and underbody neon. They don't need to go fast, just look purdy.

hey trbobrk did you know that there's actually a website called www.turbobricks.com? its about volvos. i have an 84 turbo. Volvo's are way more bricklike than infiniti's, and as such i demand that you change your username to something more appropriate :)

Yeah I know all about turbobricks, I was there a few years ago when they first broke away from swedishbricks. I had a 745Ti with a t3/04. It kept braking down so that is when I got the primera. Although it has almost been two years, I still haven't come up with a good name for my new car, so until then I'm going to stay trbobrk.

Let me start by saying I went into this not expecting The Godfather Caliver acting and super technical car specs being thrown around.

I got neither and was happy. I t was a fun movie to watch because it was filmed in Miami and they kept riding by places I know and even my apartment building ... ( There is a scene where the 2 stars are talking by the river and there is a bridge in the background and a big apt building across the river ... if you look close you can see me on the patio with my laptop on G20.NET ):p

Cars were ok, acting ok ( Tyrese had all best lines ) and the usual assortment of hot Miami chicks ..... I am so glad to live here ..

Unfortunately tonight is my last night with the Porsche rental and every kid with stickers on is Honduh keeps acting like the want to race .....

Overall worth the matinee price of tickets .... for mindless entertainment .....

yep, i just saw it too...I thought it was good. The cars were cool, but it seemed like they werent used as much as it looked like in the previews

The Computerized stuff looked pretty real, didnt really think about it being fake while watching it....good plot, id rank it the same as the first. At least the cars in it this time werent complete ricers

Actually....SCC reports that IS a real Saleen being crushed not a V6 dressed to look like one......Crazy.....the Corvette flipping over the Saleen was a freak accident but the footage was so good that they kept it. Reportedly the driver is fine.

SCC Jul. 03 pg. 101 last paragraph:

"No question the hairiest stunt in the filming involved a semi running over a Saleen Mustang (a real one too, not just a V6 guissed up to look like a Saleen)."

I just got back from seeing it and thought it was pretty fucking hilarious. That Skyline was fucking awesome!!!

Hey, I rented a Luc Besson French movie called "Taxi" the other day ... sort of a French "Fast and Furious" but with a modded out V6 Peugeot taxi driven by a crazy ex-scooter delivery boy. May be hard to find but fun if you can find it! They also made two sequels!

Yeah I saw 2F2F opening day. Much better than the first. Less stupid technical terms to get wrong and more driving and action.

now i see what you guys were talking about a black p11 in the movie man u must see it within half of a second its in that scene when all the cars are coming out the garage but i must say it kind of looks like a honda all we get to see is the back of it.. sometimes i thinking or was it really...

i thought the movie was hilarious!!! i saw it opening weekend, we had a car show the same day. and they wouldnt let any rice in!! it was funny!!! all i have to say is, "bra, i'm hongry!" hahaha the 2 bestest words of the whole movie!!!! besides the oh so pretty pink s2k!! wOOt!!!

You think they could have found a chick that was better looking to drive the s2k though don't you think?
