Could'nt find it on the search, so here goes:
Can somebody please let me know what is the fcc number for a P11 keyless entry remote so I can get one off e-bay? My car did not come with one when I got it used, but there is a red blinking led on the dash once I lock all the doors. Also, any other infiniti cars with compatible remotes?

You have to get the 99 specific remote. Other years wont work. Here are the numbers from the back of mine:

FCC ID: KBRASTU09
Canada: 2111102950A

These numbers are the same as mine.
Funny thing is, I just had my remote replaced by the dealership cuz' the original "Infiniti" one that came wasn't working well... and now this one says "Nissan" on it and looks exactly the same... and works perfectly.
I would love to have a spare one too...

I also have 2 of these remotes for sale. I recently had an alarm installed in my car and they came with their own wireless remotes so I have no need for these. PM me if you're interested ;)

I will also include a copy of the instructions on how to program it.

Actually 99-02 remotes will work on a 99. I got a 00 remote off ebay and it works for me, 99s just dont have a trunk popper, so that button wont work...

Really.. well that is good to know. Wonder why they had to get a different FCC ID then. Must be the extra signal for the trunk. I tried programming a friend's B15 Sentra remote to work on my locks and it wouldnt. I didnt want to be the one to test the 00+ remotes, so thanks for doing it for us :)
