The only header I can get up here in Vancouver is a Pacetter non-ceramic coated is it any good ?

Will I notice a difference in power and any noise ? -All I have is an intake thats already loud when I gun it.

Will I fail our emisions test up here if I put it on ?

What the durability with this header ?

There will be more information about this on G20.net soon, however right now those two places should provide more than enough reading material to answer just about any question you have. Also, as far as the exhaust and motor information, it'll be the same between an SE-R and the G20. They don't share the same exhaust, but since it's the same motor, the muffler/resonator combo should sound pretty much the same between the two cars. Hope this helps.

u can try teamwork burnaby or A&J in richmond or teknic somewhere in Main street

Or you can order it from the US. I don't think I've bought anything locally in Toronto. The price from teh US comes out to just about the same, sometimes a little cheaper.
