Finally after taking full advantage of the warranty on my car (blowing up motor) and then with my own $$ putting a JDM one in and getting the dealer to replace (2) alternators, belts, starter, MAF, 02 sensors (4) times, and miscellanous bullshit I finally hit 60,000 miles today!!!!!=)

The car is running perfectly, everything broke at 59,000 miles (its really 68,000 (disconected mileague), but odometer shows 60 YEAIIII!!!!!!!!!!:rambo:

Mines went out the week b4 I needed it for my starter...U lucky.

Domiken im gonna be just like you, I have 55k on my G and Im about to go to the dealer and have them do a shit load of work. I had them do a motor also, and ever since then they've hated me, so this is gonna be fun! :lol:

HAHAHA, and here I am with 2500 miles on the odo of my MazdaSpeed with a "questionable" warranty... (don't ask, some munkeys just can't keep their hands out of shit)

I still have 3 1/2 years, 75,000 miles til mine runs out... :( I kinda wish it would come sooner so I could do stuff without worrying "will this affect my warranty?" Ha ha!

Dude its fairly easy, and it was clearly explained before with pictures on here, but I got bashed last time I posted it by the moderators (before D) it was George who was getting all new born christian on me (no offense anyone). Its very easy to do and takes about 30 seconds.

When you disconect it your odometer wont work, and youre mileague will freeze. Your RPM's will work though. But youre cruise control wont.

About a year ago I went to a local club and had a couple of drinks (not drunk to drive, but a little "feeling good") and I HAD to get home and my car is a cop magnet so I couldnt take any risks. I dont like driving not knowing how fast I go, and I like cruise control after a couple of beers so it took me like an hour in a dark parking lot to get the damn sensor back in where it goes so I can tell how fast im going, let me tell you something, about 10 HOT chicks came up to help and a couple of guys as well but I reasurred them I had it under control.

Moral of story: Break down youre nice hooked up clean ride in a parking lot on a popular club friday night and countless chicks will pop up to see whats going on which is good

i hear that! mine expired at the beginning of december and a month before they replaced both cams , rockers , valves only to find out that the funny noise the car was making was something as simple as an egr tube or in other words.....an exhaust leak...lol

I never had a warranty...:-\

My warranty was just 3 months after the purchase... it ended last month! =) but I still get Free oil changes from the dealer!! :p

Powers of negotiation my friend, everything is negotiable in this crazy world... ;) It's just that 99.8% of the world never tries... :D My fiancee gets free changes and maitnence (30k 60k etc) for the life of the car (or until she sells it)... think Saturn's hard up for buyers? LOL!
