Fraychild Feb 26, 04, 11:52 AM Wow... I wonder where the typo came from...
bbG13 Feb 26, 04, 12:00 PM I bet Infiniti buys the mud flaps from a supplier and the supplier was the one who messed up the spelling. Haha
Yahnozha Feb 26, 04, 12:02 PM haha...thats funny
SR20DETg20girl Feb 26, 04, 12:20 PM omg that is hysterical
InfinitiLvr Feb 26, 04, 12:28 PM hahah d is right sue
MR. RYTE Feb 26, 04, 02:54 PM Man, it's bad enough when the average Joe Public can't spell Infiniti right, but a supplier???? :-\ :paranoid:

Without a doubt ;)
Crazy shit huh? I couldn't believe it when I saw them! I took these things off almost a year ago & I just noticed it the other day when I dug them back up from storage.
I wonder if everyone's P11 has these misprint mud flaps? If someone gets bored enough, you should check it out.

Koojo Feb 26, 04, 11:59 PM I would bring it to Infiniti and ask them wtf they were thinking?

Man they aren't going to give a damn. When I 1st went to test drive my P11 a couple of years ago, the dipshit salesman that rode with me on the test drive told me it was a rebadged Sentra w/ leather & bells & whistles. I asked him for another salesman because no way did I want him to make any money off of me. Besides that lost soul, the rest of the guys at my local dealership are actually really cool, but I doubt they'll get worked up about the flaps... lol.

Yeh, someone who bought a P11 new could go in & make a fuss over paying for something that's not licensed by "Infiniti", because odds are they charge extra for splash guards.

MP2050 Feb 27, 04, 09:33 AM DAMNIT this is ridiculous...Infiniti really needs to get thier name out in the market more. I mean I know we're not Nissan or Honda but a little more exposure might help.
heheheh....I remember when I first came on here and I was spelling it wrong too...

Yeah nissan/infiniti makes a lot of $$$ on those. The regional manager was happy when the law changed and required mud flaps on all SUVs, so every car that was sold here had them installed and brought the profit up a bit.
P10Bostonian Feb 27, 04, 05:12 PM on my p10... it says NISSAN...

Yep, at Towbin Infiniti in Vegas, if you buy anything w/ a credit card the reciept says "Towbin Infinity" on it. I doubt the dealership will care. Worth a shot though.
