G20.net en Español

We have now added a new section to G20.net - G20.net en Español. This is for our spanish speaking members to have a place to chat. The rules of this forum are still the same, so please continue to follow the site rules.

There are two sections currently, Sección General (General) & Fuera de Tópico (Off-Topic). Enjoy!

A few rules for the spanish forum:

1) The Spanish forum is not for members who know a little spanish to go in there and play, it is for the spanish speaking community to talk about their cars, so please dont turn it into a name calling game.

2) Do not make your suggestions in english there, it doesn't add anything to the spanish forum but confusion to those who only speak spanish (which we will prolly be having soon). If you have a suggestion post it here.

3) CarlosR is the forum moderator for that section, so expect him to remove your posts if they are not following the rules above.

Suggestion: Maybe there should be an option to have the Spanish posts removed from the View New Posts button? Personally I think it would be kind of annoying, cause I don't speak that much Spanish.

agreed, no offense though...but it makes sense

I disagree. Some people speak more than 1 language, why wouldnt they want to see the posts. Other people hate off-topic posts, but we arent gonna remove those simply cuz those people wouldnt respond to them. If you dont like the post, or cant understand it, simply move on to the next post. It really isnt that hard.

What Im taking offense to is the fact that people are posting things like "Taco" or the only spanish words they know in the spanish forum. It would get annoying real quick if a bunch of spanish speaking members started making threads in the english sections posting words like "Burger" with no meaning.

sorry if i offended in anyway. i was not trying to, i just saw the comment in another post, i figured it would of been better in this thread, considering this is the one actually about it with suggestions and everything. - rather than it be posted in the spanish thread directly.

No, I appreciate that you brought it here. All other suggestions should be posted here.

Hey Carlos,
Sorry about my inappropriate Spanish comment/post on the Beinvenidos thread.... that was pretty stupid of me man, I completely understand why it was edited. Dee made complete sense - I would've never posted anything like that in English... no harm or disprespect intended to anyone, I should've and will take the new section more seriously.
Me siento!
Dave

Sorry again everyone,
Dave
