Since I have lowered my car, I notice my headlights aim down more. Is it fairly easy to adjust them? It looks like there is one big screw that I need to turn. Anyone have some first hand knowledge on that?

Yes Kb, that big screw controls the up and down movement of the headlights. If you are going to adjust them, try to do it in front of a wall, at least 50 meters away, so you can apreciate the efect of the movement.
