This may be a dumb question. Why are some of the door handles on the P10's grey and others are chrome?

I believe this is another one of the model year differences between the P10s. I don't ever recall seeing a later model P10 with grey door handles. Does anyone have a late model p10 w/ the grey handles?

factory gray handles don't exist, unless someone had them painted that way. 91 to I believe 93.5 had black handles, and the 94 and newer p10's came with chrome. Either of these handles can be painted to match your paint color.

Yeah and if you've got the chrome ones, just wait.. they'll probably start bubbling like one of mine did!!

Im getting mine painted to match the car

I changed my black ones over to chrome ones on my 93.5.. so now I have a set of black ones laying around... lol.. perhaps I'll go back to them some day if the chrome ones start to look like crap.. but for now.. I love the improved look!

Some of the black handles often look gray because some folks got pretty sloppy with the wax jobs they did.. The wax is difficult to get off the black handles and can often make them look grey!
