So. Cal Nissan Sentra/200SX Meeting! 8-2-02 (open to all)

We are holding a Nissan Sentra/200SX Meeting on Aug. 2nd, 2002. this meeting is open to anyone. we would like anyone to participate, if you would like to go, go to the website and get further info. we have people from a lot of Nissan forums coming so come join us. make sure you email Sam (email on website) and tell him if your going.

we are having it at Mile Square Park (there will be parking charges, probably like $3 or $6), there will be directions on the website soon. as of now, we are thinking of having a BBQ and afterward, going cruising and Go Karting at Dromo 1.

sorry guys i didnt make it to the G20 Meet :( i havent been active on this forum in a while. i want this meet to be a success as the other 2 people i am setting it up with. right now we have about 22+ people going and as an addition, a Motorex Skyline might show up. an import shop might be there to show off some B15 products as well. hope you guys can make it. =)

here are the directions to get to Mile Square Park.

Coming from San Diego (South)
Take 5 North
Merge onto 405 North
Exit Euclid St.
Take a Left onto Euclid
Mile Square Park will be on the Left Side

Coming from Los Angeles (Nouth)
Take 5 South
Exit Euclid St.
Take a Right onto Euclid
Mile Square Park will be on the Right Side

Parking will be $2. There are many parking lots, all are named by letter (Lot A, Lot B, Lot C, etc...) and we dont really know what Parking Lot we will take on that day, but all of them are connected to the same road inside the park. the thing is we cant reserve a parking lot so we are just going to get there when it first opens and hope it doesnt fill up (most likely not though cause each lot is pretty big). one of us will stand at the entrance of the park to inform which Parking Lot we will be at (we will hold a sign) on the day of the meet. hope everyone can make it cause it will be a blast.

oh ya, we changed the time we are going to hold the meet from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Note: anyone who is driving, bring $2 in change or dollar bills for the entrance to the park (its a machine), cause im not sure if there will be a change person there.

ok an update on the meet, how does Palace Park in Irvine sound to everyone? its a family fun center that has an arcade, go karts, laser tag, skate park, batting cages, and a bowling alley right next to it. and it will be better than our original plan cause we get to cruise on the highway longer :D

Today is the last day to RSVP for the meet! Hope to see you all there and have fun. If this turns out as a success, we (Sam, Chris, and I) might be throwing more meets and some track days as well. Remember, bring cameras and bring people and just have Fun! Thanks for all your support.

$5 per person for BBQ at the meet - hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks, snacks

UPDATE *Children under 12 are free*

Starts at 2 PM and ends whenevers (probably around 6 to 7 PM, remember the 5 South is going to be pack at around 5). Then we will roll on the freeway to Palace Park (Boomers) in Irvine w/ a bowling alley next to it. After that, were all off to our respective homes.
