Retrofitting 60/40 flip down rear seats : P10

Is there any hardware or modifying needed to install a 60/40 flip down seat in the rear of a P10 that didnt previously have one?

I ask because I am an AVID snowboarder and would love to be able to toss my board in my car and leave it there instead of taking the risk of having it on top of the car in my Yakima all the time.

first you would need a rear seat from a "touring" model and all the associated brackets and mounting hardware

the rest is in the fsm

It should have a mini FSM in your trunk. Check there first.
