check out www.paintscratch.com - I was considering getting the I35 new silver instead of the factory silver mine came with. The volkswagen silver reflex is nice too. If anyone notices any other hot silvers let me know so I can check it out. Any opinions are encouraged - I NEED TO DECIDE SOON!

Is this for a complete repaint or scratch covering? If you are covering a scratch and the color is not an exact match, it will look bad.

This is a total repaint, I might as well change the color slightly if I can find a silver that is crazy enough.

you have an 00 g and are repainting it almost the same color is that what u are saying?

the i35 silver is pretty good choice..

I am repainting it because it got keyed on gate night. They scratched just about everything. The only thing I have to pay for is my 200 deductible and the roof. Might as well change the color slightly to make it look more original. Deciding the color is way to difficult because you never know how it's going to look till it's done. That's why I stress .... all opinions are wanted.

what is this gate night? and tel me more about this claim what happened what did u do and how did the dealership go about deciding to cover it

maybe someone will key my car in the future u never know lol i'm just playing!!

if i could repaint i would go for the infiniti red or a bright red

will they repaint the whole chassis or just exterior..

Hey Shawny U not the only one stressing paint right now. Im dropping my car off next week and still havent decided on a color yet---IM so bad I dont even know if I want to give up my White I have on the car now and go with a whole new color...

I wish I woulda knew about this site when I was searching for a RED--I was thinking M3 red--but then the NEW 350 and now Casual's idea of Infinity Red is good too....

I took my car to my insurance agency and they are paying for everything that is scratched to be repainted. The Infiniti dealership we have does not do paint. I might as well change the color a bit because if I don't they say whatever I will paint will not be an exact match to the existing paint.

I am way to stressed on chosing the color. The car is too sweet to be make or brake by the paint color-hell-it would look good any color. If I go with silver it will be the I35 silver or the jetta relux. I was also considering a blue - WRX blue I think would look mint but you can't tell until it's on.

I like the darker infiniti pearl red personally. To me the other red looks a little to feminine almost a little orange on some angles. Don't get me wrong though it would still like nice... beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Also keep in mind the color could differ between the code and the computer depending on how your computer is set, it's not completely accurate.

NOOOO BLUE!!!!! Look my bream color was always Skyline GTR Blue but I was thinking U already have the Honda SI Blues and WRX Blues and then every other car that changes their color to match these Blues....

I mean I guess it would be diff. since U are a G but stilll I think Blue has to be the most played color already...

So Casual U feeling that RED on RED right....I was about to give up on it but Im hearing nothing but positive things about it online...

that inifinti red is cool to me but everyime i see one they look diff like people i see witht he 99's thy look faded but i dont know if its cuz they are kept outdoors and in fl they loo better then nj prob cuz of the snow and winter and salt and etc..

This is another idea I had but I was FOcused on the 350zx Sunset....I thought it would look so ill on dark rims...Then I went to HIN and I saw a couple of diff. versions of it and I decided it was too risky...I dunno maybe U right too drastic of a change...

That 350 is HOT!!! That color looks mint on it ... but how would it look on a G??? I plan on getting some rims probably chrome if not then aluminum? would that suit the car?

The red with red rims does look good.

I think that Gold/ Bronze color could work with just about any color

that color does work well with all the wheels. The issue is 1) does it look to ricey 2) does it take away from the detail (side skirts,grill, etc.) 3) will I see it on a civic and kick myself 4) is it to drastic 5) not classy takes away from the luxury sporty look or adds?

I think it would def. be more of a classy color than anything else...which is why I was considering it...But whether it will be ricey would be depending on wut else U do to the car--the color alone is def. not ricey to me....

Oh and BTW no matter wut U do-- U are bound to see a Honda with your idea or close to it.....lol--theres no getting away from them :*(

those last two pics didnt load prob cuz of my comp but anyway that gold is tight gold just on the wheel not my style but that gold tannish color on the wheel and car would be the bomb..

by the way drove the 6spd model and the guy let me run through all of them on a nice stretch of highway i did t even hit 6th he said it was around school getting out time so to slow down cuz of cops

I went online and just went crazy looking up cars and the diff. colors--try it out....

I've been doing that all day (STRESS) and after a while all the silvers star to look the same. Need to give my eyes a rest for a bit. Any mint ones send me the link if your browsing the net.

Speaking of color codes, I was wondering what my color was called. I have an 02 G20 sport and it is the dark silver color one I think it was titanium K or R something? does anyone know?
