custom chrome work

i was wondering if anyone ever made a chrome cover for the rear of the car and if not does anyone know someone that can do some custom work? im talking about the piece of gray plastic that stretches from each rear light just above the licence plate. mabey it wouldent look good but i was brainstorming the other day and thought i could work if done right. photoshop anyone?

i personally think that would look terrible. i hate seein all these new cars
comin out with those slabs of chrome over the license palte. but its a new
idea i guess. if your serious about it, you could always take the bar get
chromed by a metal shop or something. also, dupli-color makes a chrome
spray paint that looks pretty good. you can tell its not real chrome, but it
still works

thanks for the ideas, mabey ill try to find another one and test it out before i try it on my own stuff.
