Ontario G20 meet!

Kay guys people have been asking about this for sometime. For some reason I got select to orginize something. :)

Anyway I'm thinking about Saturday May 4th. Get together at about noon at Dom's (DPro) place and hang out wash/detail the cars if you need it. have some bbq burgers, beers, chips snacks whatever. Later go to a park and take some pics of the group then off to Dave and Busters to finish off the nite?

We could do this rain or shine. Comments suggestions?

I'll see if I can book my saturday off. I'm already taking a weekend off later on in May to visit relatives in NY....but if anything, I'm done at 6pm so I'll be able to make it later in the day and meet up with everyone. So count me in....I'm just unsure for the morning and early afternoon.

Ok chitlins! Here's the scoop.

Saturday the 4th is looking like it's going to be a nice day. Arrive at Dom's place anytime after 12 for a wash and detail, some burgers, hot dogs and drinks. At around 5pm we'll convoy up the 401/400 to Dave and Busters for a little smack talking and game playing. We can take some pics there too since there are alot of places to do it.

I've already taken time off for the 2-4 weekend cause I'm going to NY....so I have to work that day. But I'll try and meet up after 6:00pm if that's alright with everyone. How can I get a hold of you guys to find out where you'll be at??

J has already set out the plans.

(1) Meet at Dom's place (don't know where that is yet) around noon for a wash and shine and enjoy a couple of hotdogs/suasages.

(2) Meet up at Dave and Busters (401/400 - should be by the Coloseum theatre) for snacks and games around 5ish? We'll all should be there until everyone shows up.

(3) Nudie bar at 9pm??? :lol: How about cosmic bowling with the nikked ladies? :p

I'd take your idle 'threats' seriously if the Leafs were actually a good team. They base their strategy around goonery. I love that hit Tucker put on Phillips! :D LOL, just a sign of things to come for TO. Look, they can't even get a goal unless the head goon, domi, 'removes' the ottawa goalie.

Ok here's directions to Dom's place.

Drive along the 401 until you get to Younge or Bayview, pick one. Drive north to Finch and turn right (if on Younge) or left (if on Bayview). Follow Finch to Willowdale and turn north again. Take your first right and follow untill you see at least one black G20. ;) Go around the back of the house and knock on the basement door if you don't see anyone outside.

I like how you try and change the subject. :p Vancouver is one of the youngest team in the NHL and did way better than anyone thought. They put a scare into the Wings, who will probably go on to win the cup. 'nucks fans never had any illusions of taking home the cup.

Anyway this is about the Buds and the Sens. Leafs can't win unless they goon some of the better players (Peca, Johansen) from the other team and run down the goalie. :p If I were the leafs I'd be embarassed to show up for the next game. Roberts is carrying this team right now, I don't know how much longer he can hold them up. I do think the Leafs will be able to pull a couple good games out of their ass. Sens in 6! :cool:

Sens and Habs in the semi....should be a good showdown. :D

I agree, Roberts has been the only one on the leafs that is actually playing hockey. I think leafs will recover, but don't know if they will beat the Sens this year. I would like them to .. but it just doesn't look like it's going to happen. Don't know why we are talking about Vancouver when they have been golfing for the past few weeks ;)

Damn! I missed out on the meet. I was at Dave and Buster's around 8:30pm, only to find a couple of parked G20's. I guess no one went by there today?!? I figured everyone would be watching the Leafs-Sens game but I didn't know where at. How did it all go anyway?? Any pics on the way?

It was fun. I think everyone had a good time, just hanging out washing the cars, having a couple brews, burgers and dogs. Took some pics and compared muffler sounds.

I'm recharging my batteries now so my pics will be up later today or tomorrow.
