Ok So I Am Thinking About Picking Up Another G20 P10 And It Needs A Cv Joint And I Was Wondering How Hard It Would Be To Put One In.. Also It Needs A New Ignition Switch..But I Was Wondering If I Took The Ignition Switch Out Of My P10 And Put It In The One I Wanted To Fix Up If It Would Work?

Also Can You Tell Exactly Were The Cv Joint Is?
Is It The Driveshaft?

CV ball joints? Or the CV axles which are connected to the tranny?

cv joints aren't to bad they are a little involved but with the correct tools they are easily replaced, the hardest thing about doing a joint is removing the axle nut (its torqued to 190ft lbs or more so make sure you have a breaker bar when taking it off)

the ignition switch should be pretty easy to get to, simply remove the plastic cover on the column and locate the wires and take off the switch, you can probably get one at autozone or checkers for less than 40 bucks

good luck

My peeps usually do this kind of job between $30-$50. Assuming you're talking about the axle?
