Type B? Type C?

I know you Guru's are going to yell at me to "search" but I did and didn't come up answers that were written in "stone" but I hae an 02 Sport I want to change the Speedometer lights to blue BULBS I was told use the Type B Neo Wedge bulbs? I was told that you need to get three is this right? AND as for the climate control I was told to get the Type C Neo wedge bulbs is this right and how many of these do I need?

I would REALLY like any Advice so Please Help!
