damn i always pictured them white background with black lettering. at least for this first batch. that way we can have the keep the originals(really i dont know if this is the first batch.) in mint condition contest. the white ones are the hardest to keep clean,and would really look sweet in about 10yrs still new.

i rock a INITIAL D one that came with the PSP game from japan. its white so it is pretty trashed. I got a tein one and hks one that i prefer not to use. i guess i will vote orange/black.

Ok, I'm going to be honest here folks, I'm tired of the negative comments that we aren't providing merchandise.

I have to buy these in 100+ bulk to get a good price practically anywhere I go, and heres the dilemma.. Prime example, everyone voted for calenders, bought 200 up front, I have around 170 sitting in a box at home. Thats a good chunk of change going to waste. Now we have 58 people voting for colors, of that how many will actually sell?

Am I going to buy a bunch of these and they'll sit on the shelf collecting dust? I could always make a limit of 2 minimum per order, but if take prior sales figures in mind, cost to items moved is just not there.

Easy enough answer, with the interest I see I'll put them in the store and we can have everyone pre-pay for them, once I get a decent amount of people committed, its just a matter of ordering them and shipping them out to everyone.

You all decide, I've been ready to move on this for awhile now.

You actually suggested what I was sitting here thinking! We will simply select the color based on the votes, and post them for sale. When enough are pre-paid, we'll then order then. :)

why not just use cafepress, they don't care how many are made/ordered

CafePress does not do lanyards, plus a t-shirt through cafepress is a base price of $16.99, plus whatever profit I setup on top of that to go to G20.net.

As far as apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc), we have that covered, I just need to get some things in order first and the time to make them.

Honestly, if you think of the market...there are only few in this community who will buy a calender, let alone use one. Apparel on the other hand, is quite different, hit or miss, im sure the older guys and true enthusiasts who love this place will/are down for them. Now lanyards, omfg! everyone will probably buy them, first of all, lanyards are usually associated to cars, or represent something we care about, afterall it'll be hanging out of our pockets etc. The fact that we own a g20 and are proud of it, will make us to buy lanyards even more. Dakara, make em`, and they will come.
