This is a multi-board, multi-car meet. All are welcome, and with the presence of a necesary permit, donations are greatly appreciated.

As well as donations, we will be splitting up a few 'duties' to get this thing running smoothly for those brave enough. Nothing serious, just a little of your time. We shall need the following:

Someone to design a graphic, like a flyer
Someone to plan the food situation
Someone to spread word to other boards
Someone to handle donations
Someone to make stickers maybe?
Someone to be in charge of photography
(feel free to mention other things)

As the date approaches I will update this thread with new info, so check back. :smile:

upon going down today to pick up our permit i was informed that we would also be required to have INSURANCE before the permit was to be awarded. I had waited 4 weeks for this permit, called to make sure all is well, and this was only told to me today.

either way, we cant afford the insurance. it needs to be for $1,000,000 worth of liability for that 1 day. talking to a friend i was told it'd easily be over $500, im not shelling out that kind of cash for a 'smaller' meet.

Well I just want a meet either it be nj pa de ny but where ever it maybe I would like everyone to be there and have no other things come in the way but we'll see how good that goes thu, so we need a solid location then we'll go from there

I can't commit until a date is set. I have to see if I will have my daughter or not. Plus there is a Mass meet on Oct 17th I'm going to and there is always a Kart Meet in CT around dec/jan time. So basically if I don't have my kid and it's sometime in November then I'm in :).

yup lets do it...i guess set up like 5 or 6 dates and we can go from there here is the address, someone might have to call to make sure its ok that cars meet up, but its says that there is no entrance fee so i dont see y it would be a problem........
