Whats good with a meet in NE somewhere.{besides NY}. we need to have a fall meet sometime in October. im down to make a meet but i need a location. any suggestions. lmk. open to ideas. i can garrentee that people from the SR forum will be down. lmk

Why don't we have one in RI, dude? Last few we had were in August. Try to think of some cool places to have a meet in RI, and we should be able to get some CT and MA guys, at least.

Hate to break it to you, but I doubt many people would come to Boston for a meet, let alone Methuen. We've gotten decent turnout for our Purgatory Chasm meets, but they're much more convenient to the CT and NY people. The most convenient location for most people is east-central CT, somewhere around Hartford. RI will work too, of course, but it's a little farther from NY, NJ, and PA.

I'm trying to start a meet for October 2nd in the NE area, just planning right now but you should look at the thread I started. I'll link later on at home.

If that one doesn't end up in RI, or doesn't work out, we could always plan for another later in the month or even November, maybe something more indoors.

^^centralish ct really is the best spot, i mean ri is good but its still about 2+ hours away from me and i live in ct, so i could only imagine what it would be like for pa, ny and nj peeps...

I'd love to have something in central CT, I just don't know the area so I feel like someone else could plan that better.

A wrenching meet is something I've always wanted to do, just seems tough to get together for whatever reason. Unfortunately, NJ is a bit out of my range right now.

If we're talking about the possibility of something on October 2nd, I wouldn't be able to make it 'til probably late afternoon/early evening, depending on location. I feel like we need a little more organization, should we try for something soon or hold off and plan better for later?

I don't care what the date is just let me know so I can put it down on my calendar. I cannot host a large meet but I think we should do a wrench meet as there are a bunch of us that need some work done.
