CALLING ALL SOCAL G's!

First Socal Medium Meet commencing November 5th~~~> and every first friday of the month after that.

LOCATION: TO BE DETERMINED --> post up your best ideas and hopefully we can all agree on something.


We have plenty of members living in LA/OC/SD etc.... So why not have a monthly mini-meet? We can meet-up at various places about once a month, get some grub, discuss progress, shoot the shit, etc.


Post up your locations and availabilities and we will go from there.


P.S.>Props to NativG20 (Achilles) for proposing this great idea!

So post up if you guys are interested and we can get a roster going.

I am going to be pretty busy this month, but possibly some random Friday night next month should be the best day of the week for me.

Yeah I was thinking somewhere between between LA-OC area, just didn't wanna be exclusionary to my SD peeps, but I think the majority of us live in the OC-LA area...

We gotta hold it down for the G community in the bottom left corner of the map

So do something like 1st Thursday of every month.

Now keep in mind that there is a bi-weekly LA meet every other Wednesday.

SD people are not going to drive to LA or vice versa.
But they might come to OC.

I just want to get a feel for all the members that are interested first and maybe have a poll for how many people would be apposed to like a friday evening type of deal like starting betwen 7:30-8pm...

But I definitely plan on setting a particular day that we get together every month.

Denis you beat me to it! i was just about to post it but then i got hungry! hahaha

I was thinking we could meet up places that have food and beer, happy hours are always good but since we are driving we should take it easy on the beers, more looking for deals on food. some places i have in mind include but are not limited to:

Buffalo Wild Wings in BREA if its already open
Kogi taco truck where ever it shows up
King Taco in LA, because the dirtier it is the better it tastes
Yard House/ BJs, there is one of these every where
Gyu Kaku in Rancho Cucamonga (Jap. BBQ similar to Korean BBQ)
Sushi Places, Chomps in Fullerton, Joe's Sushi in Riverside (or any 20 dollar all you can eat joint)
Korean BBQ, these are every where too
Your Favorite hole in the wall Burger or BBQ Joint
Mai Tai Bar In DA LBC (shameless plug)

Besides Cars and women i really like food and beer, Im open to suggestions and the date may vary. Fridays are good, maybe even Saturdays anybody down for weekday meets as well?

I like those ideas... great minds think alike, alternating places is what I was thinking too, Kogi truck, Dogzilla, etc. Plus we gotta keep in mind we need plenty of parking, cause there maybe like 10 or more of us on a good day and we gotta keep it classy w/ the parking... you know, biker gang style.

I like fridays or saturdays more than weekdays, particularly because I don't have to wake up early the following morning, an especially because we can still go out after the meet and kick it at a bar or something.

Setting a particular weekend is clutch though, like every second friday/saturday of the month would be a solid choice for teh calendar... If you can't make it, oh well there's always next month type of deal.

At the moment though Friday's are the best day for me, cause I work sat/sun nights...

Sounds like a good idea. Location should be move around not just one location all the time then it would get boring. Location should be moved around in areas...SGV, LA, IE, SFV, SCV, OC, SD, Westside, Southbay, Gateway Cities, and High Desert. That way we a try a new restaurant/spot everytime.
