no but you can only make the shittiest cars for so many decades before even your most loyal customers wake up. ppl are only going to support fail for so long, it's just too bad ppl kept swallowing the same crap for so long. blind patriotism helps nobody in the end, now not only have your tax dollars potentially gone to waste, the people making the cars have been f'd the hardest. supporting the people on the assembly line is i think one of the main reason ppl stick with domestic auto brands, and by sticking to them blindly they wrote a blank check for the greedy cockbag ceo's to do whatever they wanted. i'm sure the workers can find openings at honda, or toyota tho as they've been making reliable-over-engineered vehicles profitably in north america for nearly as long as the big 3 have been making complete shite.

Nissan can't sell any 370Z's and cut production in half while Ford and GM have sold the heck out of some camaro's and mustangs. What about that?

I am going to go back to domestics because they out-perform imports, they are cheaper to fix when they break, and I have had better luck with them NOT breaking.

I agree that GM should have had to eat it, but they are making better stuff than Nissan/Infiniti is if you look at the facts as pertains to sports cars. The corvette has a much better reliability track record than the 370Z. In fact, the only car more reliable was the Porsche Boxter, by a VERY narrow margin.

I know you want to hate on domestics, etc. etc. but you need to check out what they have done with the interior lately. The drivelines have always been awesome, and the interior rivals anything out there, now, except in some of GM's offerings. However, the Cruze and C7 and their newer stuff is changing that.

I would rather have a nice driveline than a nice radio, is the bottom line.

and still waiting on my $5500 check

Car will be out of the shop tomorrow hopefully. Would have been out today if those buggers could make these cars all alike. Instead, it seems the driver-side axle on my car is longer than the one on the '02 G20 auto non LSD that this trans came out of so they are having to ship me the axle from THAT car.

    Junk tolerances. Who woulda guessed?

    Another fail.

that's a little steep for some wheels! i was thinking $150. you could throw the motor mounts, steering wheel, and window switches in one of the rims so they all go out in one shipment. can i have your windshield squirters too? it's good to have spares!

The rims are free with the purchase of the car for $5500.

No doubt, I think having a spare car is a great idea if you own a G20. Soon I will

PS. Is all that junk on your G20 broken or are you worried about it breaking? Lol

well it's just that my car ticked over 200,000 miles this week and it's never had any major problems, so i figure it's bound to start falling apart pretty soon! my luck is running out!

Drive it until it falls apart then. If it had held up, this car would have been a good DD. Even a blind hog finds an acorn now and then, motor on.

To me, this car is just a beater that can catch door-dings,etc. that I don't care about. At this point, I am very annoyed that my beater has been soaking up about $600/mo. Other than that, you're really not going to make me jealous over the fact that your beater is in better shape than my beater. It's the money I care about, and the car seems to eat it. The car itself is just about as immaterial as the swirling water in the toilet. The problem is the $$ I dropped in that toilet, lol

It's really not important to the discussion, but hogs will eat just about anything, including acorns.

    Wrong,

Finishing your pigs and hogs with acorn feed improves the flavor of the meat. Acorns fatten hogs faster and the meat is more delicious. See the following links for information on feeding your hogs and pigs acorn feed:

Given the opportunity a hog will surely eat a fish.

And Blue Herons will certainly eat fish along with insects, snakes, other sea live and small critters.
