Noob question...
This is the end of the intake manifold away from the throttle body (low port engine). Looks to be some sort of sensor or something with 2 wires about 5" long and a plug. Anyways, there is a broken wire going to it. I am wondering what does this thing do? Where to buy one? etc?...

Im pretty sure its the solenoid for the Aux. Air Control Valve.
^^ after further searching I believe he is correct. I found an image referring to that part as FICD. Fast idle control device.

It seems to run fine when cold. Although it kind of surges... Either way, Ill fix it. Just had to know what it was before I can find the part, lol.
