This build is almost identical to norms, requesting to see some dyno number with video!

glad you like the blow truw maf. I did a blow threw test on my car one time and was not pleased with the maf voltage fluctuation.

but each is own Im a draw through guy and I also like the wastgate open dumping in cars

what i found in blowtrew the air moves back and forth in the maf alot. but if you are ok with the little things and like blow threw thats awsome

we do it on all the 350z's and such but usually requirs a bit of scaleing pre tuneing

I dont know about maf fluctuations .... all i did last year is put it after turbo and done... liked it from the beginning.. but i didnt tune it since then, so i'll see what my tuner thinks about it.

I'll be on the dyno next week... so no numbers for now, we will see the sheet! Hope for the best.

My tuner suggested me to rewire the fuel fump with a relay, to get full voltage to the pump, so i'll do it this weekend.

no fuel problem... i was all good last year at all my boost range... but i was not boosting past 14 psi approx. I guess i'll go up to 18 psi this year...

and for now i dont want to boost it up before gooing to the tuner. Anyway it wont cost much, a relay/wire and done.

Nice set-up, but why did you recirc the synapse bov? You're running blow through and can keep that open.

his tuner is sudgesting this to get full use out of the fuel pump. not a bad thing to do But I would predict your power goals limitation more on the injector size unless he want you to do a rewire and 4 bar but than the maf is to small lol

what are your power goals . i think your set up is all great left the way it is for 320-340whp but the fuel pump rewire might help keep the injector duty cycle at a better leval

    hope all goes well

The E60 MAF maxes out at 325 WHP, before the 555 injectors.

    Thanks guys!

For the recirc i like it better when the pssssshh sound is ''dampered''. Making it recirc makes it a bit less ''ricer'' and i like it better sleeper than ''look me i have a blowoff'' but it is just my style.

Last time my tuner installed a restistor in the ecu... giving more range to the e60 maf. (he is a nissan specialist here in Quebec)
So i dont really know the limits of this setup but he seems confident there's no problem... i wasent blow thru at that time.

if i lack fuel i'll can just take it to 4 bars since i already have the nismo AFPR.

The weld on the mani have seen many cycles yet and no cracks for now... hope it stays this way!

Here are the news... (dyno pack, the one bolted on the hubs)

    346whp / 305lb.tq
    @ 16.5 psi
    VVL @ 4700rpm

    what is cool is i get 200 lb tq @3250rpm, 275lb.tq @ 3750rpm

so i ckanked it to 4 bars of fuel pressure, duty cycle at about 90/92%. E60 MAF was allwright with the resistor inside, i think he puts a 8000k resistor in the ecu.

All i have to say is DaMMMM, the G seems like a monster now, when the VVL kick with open dumptube wide open at 4700rpm, the sound is crazy awesome. I had a vid but my friend didnt film it right and the sound is really poor...

Anyway i'll keep the WG dumped, i like it now , and i cant recirc it without tuning again.

Really happy, could have been higher but the injectors were the choke, anyway when i did buy stuff i knew i wanted 350whp, so the 555cc where what i needed. I acheived my power goals, all that with a good streetable turbo with good mid-low-end torque.

    Pics of graph soon!

good power and I wasnt sure why you didnt want to dump the waste gate. I bet the car is pretty fun.

we also use dyno pack its a really good for tuning dyno

is the injector duty at 90% after 4 bar are before?
