Thumbs up Got my header today! SLOW PIC 56K

I got my Stone Racing, better known as the OBX header today.
I'm impressed. It's a well made header. Stainlesss steel and it came with the needed gaskets. I attached a hyperlink to some pics. I invite everyone to view the pics and see the quality for yourselves. Also the pics can answer some questions as to the structure of the header ie welds, bung ports etc.

    Let's dailogue....................Oh! the header was 180.00 shipped.

The password worked. The header looks nice. Very shiny, compared to my HS header (probably due to the ceramic coating). One thing, the header looked as though it had some top rust near the flex pipe, or is it just the picture. Also, I like how they grinded down the inside of the header (due to the welding) THat shows they care about the exhaust flowing smooth. Good buy man. So when are you going to get it installed? Do it yourself or mechanic? I got some notes from se-r.net on the header install, so if you do do it yourself check out their site.

    Lightbulb

I'm gonna try and have it done professionally or even by someone with experience. I had my 1st header installed professionally along with an intake it cost me $300.00 bucks and the mechanic played it by ear price wise. They did a good job. I no longer live where I have access to a garage. There I did my own tune-up and repairs that included successfully replacing my fuel pump. I am also going to replace the cat this go round. I might even try getting a stainless B-pipe (from the cat to the muffler assembly). I wish performance exhaust customizers were more common period. The mandrel bend is somthing to yurn for. I don't see why most muffler shops don't have a mandrel pipe bending machine. Oh! That's just discoloration caused by the torch when welding, very commonly seen on stainless piping and such.

Yea mean you bought the header for just $180.00? Most of the others are going for over $400. If it's only $180.00 then what is the website. I would like to look into one for my G20 myself.
