Pocket PC SX56 - DVD Player too?
I have read a few articles about this...anyone do this yet?
I read if you convert and encode a DVD to the exact pixels of the PPC ...I think 320x240....and convert the audio correctly you can fit approx 2 movies onto one 512MB SD card. It would play through Windows Media Player in full screen and be wide also. (turning the phone for a wide angle view)
Anybody do this yet? I'm weary of going out and pickin up a 512 card.

I have the Palm Tugsten E.... I bought the Kinoma Movie Player which converts all movies to be playable on the Palm.... I love it!! But I also want to upgrade to Bluetooth.... or get a cellphone with IR capabilities.

All I can say is holy crap, theres almost no way..
Well, if you used DIVX and Windows Media Player, if you can port divx to a palm os or windows ce os... Maybe, cause you can do the exact size, and do low quality cause that many pixels you dont need high resolution, but still, would be like 300mb a movie or so... audio alone is what would kill ya.

I have an HP iPAQ 2215 and I've found it to be very useful as a navigation system for my car. I got a CF card that has a GPS receiver on it and the software is just like any onboard nav system.
