Get struts; and make sure that they're real teins, there's copies out there. I have HKS spring and stock struts/shocks and wish had done Shocks/struts at the same time...

Adjustable vs. Non adjustable and AGX are a little more just depends on what you want if your going for mostly appearance and a little better performance then GR2, more performance and appearance too the AGX for the adjustability for track days and street performance..... GL

GR2's wear out really fast AGX last a lot longer... I had them on one of my old cars and the AGX lasted a hell of a lot longer.

you get what you pay for... sell them to someone who needs em and invest in agx.. my rear shox are STOCK , like 1994 unless the guy i got the car from replaced them and the two front are monroe sensa trac... im not complaining, but ground control and agx will be on b4 summer. ...btw i miss your musk.

people suggest them because they are the cheapest after market shock out there... and it would be unfair for me to specify milage because it depends on the driving you do.... the AGX are great for almost anything you do, but the GR2's will wear out in about a year or 2's time like i said depending on how the roads and conditions are..

I just installed Tein S and Gr-2's that I got from Nismo_sean... funny thing is that the car sits around the same height as before... guess my stock springs were sagging a bit...

sorry if this is in the wrong place, but theres something i need to know, possibly best answered by someone from the UK (such as mark). i have a p10 1.6 sri saloon/sedan. does anyone know if the springs and shocks designed to fit the g20/ eGT will fit straight on? are the std suspension parts for the 1.6sri and eGT the same part or should i convert to egt suspension and then look into lowering it, im assuming my shell and suspension mounting is the same as the eGT and g20....? i would like to lower my car 60 ish mm.... thanks

The P10 1.6 rear springs are slightly smaller in diameter...
To lower it 60mm you will probably need coilovers which will come with springs dampers and top mounts anyway.

kool, cheers! should i put the rear suspension of an eGT hatchback onto my 1.6 saloon the? or is it not worth it/they wont fit(possibly differences btwn hatch n saloon but nothing i cn see from the manual? i already have rear disks so theres no advantage there... but it would mean i can get lowering springs for a gt and fit them to mine because they are easier to find...
    thanks in advance.

    Question:
My car now has KYB G2 shocks and HKS Springs. Yes it is stiff and has lowered the car, but in the front from the top of the whell well on the frame to the top of the tire is about 1 finger width in height. In Taiwan ( Where I am currently living) you need to have about 1" clearance. I can't get my car inspected because the car is too low. So, is there a way to increase the height teporarily for the inspection as I have the system now set or will I need to change the springs or shocks?

If I change and have an adjustable set up, will this adjustment only change the ride or can I adjust them to increase the height? I know: a silly question.
