Begad! You must remember Cap'n, that blimey buccaneer sails a G35, not a G20. Our mate Charles would still lay claim as the fastest G20 out of our brethren of the coast. What say ye to that?

Just letting ye know the power needed to be the fastest G no matter how big the sails be on the ship, savvy?

Okay, last weeks Mini Meet that "really" happened, was at Claim Jumper.

There claim to fame, is unusually large portions. In fact, check this sandwich out that Charles is trying to eat! It's called the Motherload, and for good reason. Yikes, it's taller than his drink! I had one too, but we only finished 1/2 of it!

Chad had some Jumbalaya that was served in a 13 gallon crock pot, Jason had a whole lamb, Colin (trbobrk) had a BBQ chicken pizza w/a salad, and Colin (cersoft) had some type of pot pie I believe.

It was fun! We then proceeded across the street to take some pictures and watch Colin drift his G35 and me honk my gay horn (video to follow soon). Oh yeah, we shared 2nd hand smoke w/a Civic owner too! Good times!

I'm sorry, I'll try again tomorrow to get the video stuffs. I'm also going to figure out what I'm going to do with my car as far as fixing the axle, and fixing the body.

I'll make it, I'll have to sell a kidney to buy a tank of gas for the thing but I'll manage.

Yeah it gets about 8 or 9 on the freeway. I can't imagine what city driving is, we don't use it for that so I really don't know. Also it goes though oil like non other. I put in 3 quarts when I picked it up Sunday, and I'll probably have put one in before each time I run it.

Also, my belt tensioner is about as tense as a stoned hippy .... my guy is talking to Stillen about getting me another one, the belt moves about an inch with just two finger pressure .... not good :-(

So, let’s shoot for a Wednesday meet this week as Thurs is bad for a few of us. As for location, I’m up for just about anything. Why don’t we try going north this time. We could do it in Bellevue! Anyone?

Oh, and Colin...where do you get your work done on the G35? I’m always looking for a new shop.

There are 2, sort of. One is actually in redmond by a couple blocks in the overlake part of town on 148th. The other one is right off of 405 in bellevue between 4th and main on 112th. You can see it from the freeway.

Bellevue sounds good for me, I'm up for anywhere, just let me know ...

I have been getting all my work done at Speedware Motorsports in Redmond, but they only have one good tech (Colin) so it can be hard to schedule. I am now thinking about using Carb Connections in Totem lake, they have a dyno and do a lot of turbo installs, good guys ....

How about the “old” one over by 405, off of 112th? I know that area well, and if anyone else comes from down this way, it’s easier to find. Plus, I’ll be coming from Bell Square anyway.

Say 7pm on Wednesday? We can mob through Bellevue at high rates of speed if it’s dry!

How about I give you the $10 it is worth and we call it a deal. Acutally it is worth about $75 since both fuel tanks are full
