Why do we always come back to the G?

Lately I have been reading posts stating that they have come back to the G Family. I thought to myself, why do we always come back to the G? I myself did it twice.

    My first G was 1994 G20T

    I then sold it for a 2000 G20T

Only to sell it to help finance a 2004 G35 (still own)

Picked up a 95 240SX SE hated it and sold it.

Bought a 1996 SC300 5spd, then my son was born. Decided to sell it.

And now have my current 2002 G20 Sport 5spd.

I want to hear why those who did come back, decided on another G. Out of curiosity. Thanks.

I just HAD to have another one, no other car that I drove for the price, quality, pimp status, handling, individuality, or comfort felt the same.

Why? Because you know you will regret if you let it go. The G's arent Civics, they don't run everywhere on the road. To find a decent one is fairly hard.

got rid of my red p10, moved on to a white p10. sold white p10 for ek9 hatchback. sold ek9 hatchback for ek9 sedan. sold ek9 sedan for sc400. sold sc400 for silver p11. traded in silver p11 for e36 m3. returned e36 m3 back to get my silver p11 back. i'm in love with my p11! after 2 days of driving the e36 m3 it wasn't just for me. nice car and all but i'm a G type of guy.

I bought my second P10 because over time I got bored of the "luxury" interior that I craved when I bought my 96 new.... been a G owner for over 9 years now - and bought the P10t for the new goals I had for the car and wanted a clean slate to do it with... glad I did, I love my G today!

Topics like this make me question whether I really want to trade my P10t in for an A33t next summer...maybe I'll get a P11t instead.

I've been tempted by other cars in the past when looking for a new car but I always end up going with another G20. I'm on my third

It's because our cars are hot... If I were to get another car... I would probably end up going back to the G again because if I ended up seeing stock G20's... it would probably kill me...

I drove my friend's 1991 G20 a few times several years ago, and decided that sooner or later I was getting one. It was just that good a car. (Mine is better, though.)

i bought one with out ever even test driving it. one hell of a chance i took and it paid off. honestly i dont think i woulda bought one if it wasnt for this website and some other stars lining up.

then i totalled it and almost bought an AE86, an S13 or a B13. but again timing was perfect and i ended up buying a P10, which im going to marry some day. <lol

After my first 94 G20 (black), I went to an 88 Oldsmobile toronado, then on to a 89 Honda Prelude, then a 93 Toyota Tercel, briefly had a 99 Sentra SE (shared with EX-GF), then my 94 Mazda MX-3, which I recently sold to pick up the new G in my life, 95 G20.

I'd say I missed the leg room mostly, but I love the look of the car with fog's and a spoiler, and I would always miss riding in one when I saw one driving past on the road.

Had planned to get a G20 since I was 13. My mom had a J30 and would get the G20 as a loaner and I always thought it was a tight car. Well I got an Integra(dunno why) when I turned 17 got rid of it in less than a year and got a P10 and couldn't be happier... I think its a Nissan thing for me.

Nissan suppose to be coming out with a small 5dr hatch next year and I'm probably gonna get one in 2-4years depending on school. Heres what it might be, Nissan Tiida 5dr: http://www.impul.co.jp/products/comp...11_TIIDA_c.htm
... thats it with an impul kit.

I almost sold my g20 but I decided to keep it because I know I would miss it if I did sell it. I still enjoy driving my g20 and have no plans to sell it, if I can, I would keep my g20 forever.

I bought the G because it would be perfect as a training car. on the track FF is hard. It's staying low power through-out this next summer so I can do a full season of some low power racing. make myself a better driver than the car. After that has been done, i'm starting to talk to andres miko about buying a full VE swap from him. that will be dropped in, and I'm still considering an AWD conversion. In 4 years apprx. I'm going to get an AWD skyline. I've driven STI and Evo to hook me on AWD but theres just something about the nissan that pulls me in. the Dubs will make me a better driver, and I don't plan on letting it go.
