nice bro, i was thinking the same set up b4, springs n shocks. But i decided to get the Teins ss. i bet yOu cant wait to get them installed on your G, best of luck, show some pics after..peace out!!!
yep, i actually have my before picture...will take after ones, once they're installed...
now i just need to find a howto on these...haha...my dad told me to take the stock ones out and take em to a shop to get em pulled apart and put these together, then bring em back home and install them.
Is the removal and installation on a p10 gonna be the same as for a p11? coz i found the p11 howto?
^ no its not the same.
the p10 has an independent rear suspension.
I'm sorry, the front is the same. The rear is independant. But the rear isn't that difficult. Maybe i have a pic somewere.
ok cool, thanks for the help...
I heard in another post that i can't find now, that you have to cut the stock bumpstops so they fit these struts?...how does that go?
and what are these dark things around certain sections of the springs?
sorry if the picture is too big, i just wanted to show the detail

Spring Isolators. They prevent metal-to-metal contact between the spring and the perch on the damper. You'll have to move the one on the rear spring; it's not going to do any good up there.
When you disassemble the OEM units, you'll see a soft-ish piece of rubber between the shock mount and the damper rod. Cut this down to about 1.5" with a carpet knive, hacksaw, or something like that. DO NOT scratch your new damper rods.
