SPIED!!!2005 Caddy Sportscar

I left base here sunday for a ride to town , took the digital camera with me as i always do . As im driveing along i see what appears to be the new caddy sportscar with black paint and bras all over it , followed 500 yards off by a c5 corvette rolling on 19-20 inch wheels , boath with yellow becon lights on top . I turn the G around and gave chase digging the camera out of its case and flipping it on . Rolled up on the vette first griined showed him the camera and took off after the caddy , at first he bumpered me all the way to 110 , he then backed off as i closed in on the caddy . Snapped off the first pic as i manuvered into its blind spot to get a close look for myself to see in it . A drop dead gorgues girl was driveing it , not even looking to see why this G20 was running right beside her . anyway snapped off another useing the Gs rear view mirror but it doesnt come out clear unless i use the camera's veiwing program. , i then ran 2 miles up the road , pulled over and got out camera in hand to snap a couple more off , got the pics even thought i was shakeing , still dont know why the adrenalin was pumpin but damn i was excited...anyway heres the pics since the magazines dont want them ....

all of this just 5.3 miles from base here , i see lots of cars being tested but no nissans , some of the noteables have been in 2001 VW Lupos (not availbe in north america) and in 2000 mercedes testing the s class , they blew by me at what had to have been 120mph in the snow all 5 feet apart , very prescise driveing .....see audi TTs all the time all bra'd up with crap all over them so audi is planning something for that car

well its C6 based.... caddy will get the platform before chevy does , it ammounts to a very updated c5 chassis not unlike the move from c2 to c3 vettes . whats interesting is how the 3rd gen northstar dohc v8 is packaged into the caddy , makes the hoodline taller but they still did a great job getting it in there

yah they shut me down , there is already production photos of the caddy , and the ones i got dont show anything diffrent , now if i got the vette with a 3 pixel camera i might have had something , or even the caddy witht he 3 pixel , big thing was the camera , its only a 2 pixel sony dscp51 , they say only one in 10 submissions sells , ive heard the dude that got the c5 prototypes put his daughter thru collage at harvard on the money he made off the shots

the vette was interesting but i didnt think about it till it was gone , it had a diffrent exasut and those huge 2 peice rims that looked huge , that might have been a c6 vette under all the c5 sheet plastic .

going on a roadtrip this wekend to find the test site

the one there in tampa is a full on test facility , once i saw 12 jettas lined up going down the road 7 miles from land o lakes on highway 54, 12 months before they debued , have pics of that and of 8 new beetles that got crushed after volkswagen was done with them as customs wont allow them to be sold or there parts ..i belive the facility is in brroksville ...too bad those pics are on 35mm at home in tampa, most have been devolped but it was too late to turn them in . there is a guy running a audi A3 in scca that got the car from VW after they were done testing it , it has no vin or anything and can never be titled for 2 reasons , one is its a prototype and the other is the audi A3 isnt sold in the US thus bringing the same problem we have getting skylines
