    Forum Upgrades, Round 1 Complete!

Clearing your cookies and relogging in will clear any style issues.

    Overview
Since I can remember (2003 at least) we've been running vBulletin 3.0.7 and it has been working great all this time. But myself and the staff have been working rigorously to bring G20.net into 2007.

What does this mean to you, the user.
A new, smoother running board with updated styles and features, a few of which I will list below.

    1. Updated vBulletin
Included in this new version is updates to the Quick Reply, updated email options, AJAX visual affects, and much more then I want to comment on right now .
    2. Updated Styles
I've gone through and cleaned up dsigns (thanks D!) original themes and brought them up to date with current DOCTYPE standards, compliant with FireFox, IE, etc. Included in this is a new blue style for those who want a color change from orange. Use the quick style selector at the bottom left of any page to switch color schemes, or change it via User CP --> Miscellaneous Options --> Forum Skin, for a more permanent change.
    3. Mobile Services
Thats right folks, you can now access the forums via your BlackBerry, HipTop, Palm, PDA, Sidekick and etc! PLEASE NOTE: for this to function properly please use the URL http://www.g20.net/forum/. If you use the URL without the /forum/ it may be buggy for some phones (since our index page is a content management page).
    4. Reputation/Feedback System
You all requested it so we have installed it! Take a look under someone's avatar the next time your wanting to purchase an item, or maybe your looking to give that user a positive feedback perhaps? Feedback information also can be access via a users profile page.
    5. Signature Rules
We've had a lot of complaints about signatures in the past few months being to large, colorful, to many images, etc. To clean up this we've set some guidelines that are enforced at the forum level, we believe this will benefit the forum as a whole:
500 MAX Characters, 5 lines MAX, NO color, NO Font Face, Font Size 4 MAX, 2 Images MAX.

More features/additions/styles will be coming soon so stay tuned!

PS: The gallery section is currently buggy until I can get a cookie issue sorted out, until then the gallery is viewable but images cannot be uploaded for the time being.

BUG REPORTING: If you see any broken images, bugs, etc please use this link here. The bug reporting thread is to be used for REAL issues only.

    Thanks,
    - j0n

I'll look at that, the new vB system removed that feature.

Is there anyway to go back to the previous color scheme? This is too much orange for me, and the only other option is too blue. Other than that everything looks great! I especially like the quick reply.

Oh BTW, let me know when you want help with the previous feedback counting...I have way more than 0 feedback

Explain previous color scheme, the blue and the orange was carried over from the previous version, so I haven't updated the colors?

This blue is the standard one, minus the vBulletin logo on the top left and the g20 on the top right?

I think in the previous version when you picked the blue color scheme the g20.net up at the top of the screen and a few other things would stay orange. It added a little contrast to the screen. I agree with koojo that either is to much of one color and something seems to have changed.
