Are these wheels 17" or 18"?

I am looking into buying new rims for my P11. I was wondering, are these wheels 17" or 18"? I was looking into 18" rims but not sure what tire set up I should go with.. Any suggestions?

if you go 18's go 225/40r18 - gives you enough sidewall for comfort and also fills the wheel well, thats what im running and i have no complaints

dont go wider than 215, 215 is more than enough for grip, gives it a nice stance, and won't rub.
