G20.net: How, when & why did you first acquire your Infiniti G20?
EvilYak: Well, after my previous P10 expired, I'd realized that I'd been feeling envy at my roomate, SFG20T's P11. I started scoping out all the ads on Craigslist and Auto Trader until I found a clean silver 2000 T. Drove up to Sacramento to check it and fell in love instantly. The price was right at $6000 and the car was in great condition, so I picked it up.

G20.net: What were your original plans for the car and have they changed?
EvilYak: I always knew I wanted another turbo G, so I kept off the modding bug and kept the car stock for almost a year and a half, before I saved up enough money to get all the parts I needed to turbo the car. Even after I turboed it, I ran with stock suspension for another half a year because I couldn't afford to drop it with the Teins that I wanted.

G20.net: What performance modifications have you made to your car?
EvilYak: Quite a few. Originally, I had it turboed with a BB T25 and JGY Intercooler kit, but after cracking a piston, I went all out. I bought a SR20DET block, stripped it down, and built me a hybrid motor. Roller Rocker head, SR20DET bottoms mostly. The motor has Greddy rocker arm stoppers, ARP headstuds, an SR20VE headgasket and all new gaskets and bearings everywhere. While I had it out, I put in an Outlaw Engineering Thermoblok spacer kit and a set of 60lb Mototron Injectors. Providing boost is an HKS GT2835 turbo pushing it all through the original JGY Intercooler Kit. Out the back is a 2.5" JGY Exhaust, which to be honest, is clunky and don't fit right at all.

G20.net: Do you have any dyno numbers?
EvilYak:No, I know I should get it dyno tuned because right now I'm limping around on the eManage base settings and I know it can make a buttload of power at 20psi or so.

G20.net: What suspension modifications have you made to the car?
EvilYak: I kept it pretty simple. I have an Altima strut bar up front with the Octotat bar in the rear which, I might add, is the best strutbar I've had for ANY car. It fits great and gives me a perfect place to bolt my sub box to.Under the car, I'm running Tein SS with an EDFC to control it all.

G20.net: Any cosmetic modifications to the exterior?
EvilYak: Once again, pretty simple. I have a Wings West front lip, Nismo/Impul fakie grille, and E46 Bixenon projector retrofitted headlights. Besides that, I have the obvious ricer mods, like cleared corners/taillights and LED bulbs here and there.

G20.net: How about the interior?
EvilYak: Umm I REALLY like the stock simple look, so for all my gauges, I'm using a Greddy Profec E-01 for boost, O2, all that stuff. I also have my EDFC and E-01 controller custom mounted into the center console. For a turbo timer, I have the Apexi TT custom mounted above the rear view mirror. All those projects involved a LOT of extending wires.

G20.net: Have you made any upgrades to the stock sound system?
EvilYak: I have a Kenwood DDX-7017 in dash DVD screen with a custom "security plate." In the rear, I have 2 Kenwood Amps powering 3 JL10W6's. Besides that, the rest is stock.

G20.net: Any future modifications we should look out for?
EvilYak: Cosmetically, I think the car is done. I'm playing around with a few ideas on what to do with the car at this point. You might see a high compression built N/A cruiser, maybe a little more stock looking. Maybe you'll see an ultra high HP turbo beast. Who knows?

G20.net: How and when did you first find G20.net?
EvilYak: Gosh, at this point, I can't even remember anymore. I remember when it was just a website, not even a forum, and at some point it progressed to where it is now.

G20.net: How has this site benefited you?
EvilYak: In so many ways. I've learned so much and met so many people. I've had great meets and great meats

G20.net: Any last comments you would like to make?
EvilYak: I really want to say thank you to all the guys who make G20.net possible. There are just too many to list to be honest, and I don't want to skip anybody so I'll just say that you guys know who you are. All the Norcal (SF, Sac, San Jo, and everywhere in between.) and the honorary Norcal guys (Socal, Washington, Arizona WTF?)

One last thing I'd want to say is that I've been really playing around with the idea of selling my car. I have a thread up in the FS forum, but to be honest, I have a lot of sentimental value vested in this car. I've spent many happy and sad times in this car so it'd be really hard to let go. I'm at the point where I know I should sell it but I don't want to so I figure that the price I've set will sit there. I'd love to see the car go to somebody who can really appreciate it and treat it like it deserves.
