open/closing mechanism from the driver side door


hi,

need the open/closing mechanism from the driver side door. the unit that grabs onto the hinge of the door

the car was recently bought used ('94, P10)
It seemed the open/closing mechanism from the driver side door is much more worn compare to the passenger front's

please read the picture's description.
basically the closing sound should be a "clomph" but mine has a "clunk/click" sound. Opening sounds ok.



can i got that mechanism from a junkyard is it just that unit or bunch of other things connect to it?

not sure if is easy or hard?
