A while back I got a ground control coil over set up from a B13 and was sure that it would fit onto kyb agx shocks, but when I went to pair them up, none of them were even close to being able to slide fully into the shock. Am I completely screwed and need to get a new coil over set up?
You can use the sleeves from the egay coilovers. I have them on my p10 in the rear and it works fine.
are the sleeves on the ebay coil overs bigger or something. I was thinking of getting rid of the coil overs and just going with some h&r springs

Which sleeves? My rear gc sleeves are broken, and I need only the sleeves. Are you using kyb shocks too?

Nope still using the stock blown shocks.
so useing gc on ebay sleeves with agx is just as good as full colovers??
I would measure the AGX farther down and make sure that the GC collar will fit. If it will, I would just grind that top portion a small amount for the collar to fit over it.
I had this issue with my GC's on my Koni inserts for my B13. Don't go crazy with the grinder and heat the AGX too much or too quickly. Do a little bit, let it cool, and do some more. I think that is easier than buying other sleeves.
Measure farther down to make sure it will fit once that is finished - it would suck to do the work and not have them fit.

well i thought about that and it would be easy in the fronts, but i measured the diameter of both the sleeve and the bottom of the shock and they are the same diameterplus i dont really like the idea of grinding on brand new and not to mention expensive shocks
