Hey there everyone, I apologize in advance if my post isn't up to standard. This is my first post here. I have been trying to research what motor mounts fit my vehicle, and so far I have only been able to come to the conclusion that the motor mounts for the automatic transmission and the manual might not be the same for the same year based on an earlier post here. I have been able to find some kits online, but they're all for the automatic transmission and I don't want to take my chances because, unlike the other guy in the previous motor mount post, I do not have the metal fabrication skills to make things work (I am also lazy).

I just want to replace my motor mounts sometime soon. I have a 2000 Infiniti G20t, 5-speed manual transmission. Are there any mounts that are interchangeable with the automatic transmission or other years?

I think you´re correct that the automatic and manual transmission mounts are different. I have a manual too and the only place it seemed that I could order a manual mount was directly from Japan or the UK. I gave up and just replaced the other 3 mounts. Nissanparts.com and/or Infinitiparts.com have schematics showing parts numbers. I found on one of those sites that the parts numbers are different for the manual and automatic transmission mounts. You can probably find a polyurethane insert that would work but then you would need to cut the old rubber insert out and press the urethane insert into your old mount. And unfortunately, I have no idea what size insert you would need.

The transmission mount for B13 Sentra SE-R is difficult to find too. I need to press an insert into my old mount for that car.

Thank you for your reply. Now just to make sure before I go spend money.. Apart from the transmission mount, are the other motor mounts (the other 3 that you mentioned) are the same for manual and automatic?

I found this for the 5 spd MT mount.

I just replaced mine last month with this part & was it was the correct part & a relatively quick replacement.



If you can navigate the language barrier on the website, then that should hopefully be the only challenge.



Just make sure to track ur order if you do decide to go w this. They shipped DHL, DHL had customs issues so I reached out to DHL & they thankfully helped fix the issue.

That's about the only thing I had to deal with.

&&& I believe all other mounts are the same for the p11 model.

only the transmission mount is different. engine and crossmember mounts are all the same

Yes, only the transmission-side mount is different, no longer produced by Nissan. The link above that someone posted above shows a mount that appears correct, I'd buy it for that price and hope it comes. I had to buy a full Circuit Sports 4-peice urethane kit to get a transmission mount.
