How can I determine if I have ABS or not. (Go easy on me, I'm a car noob.)

The reason for asking this is that i'm not sure. On the 2 relay boxes under the hood it says something like ABS pump and something else. I opend the box and there was no relay in there at that spot??

There's a bunch of ways...

1. Turn the key to ON and look for the warning light to light up.
2. Look for the ABS sensor behind the brake rotor.
3. Look for the ABS actuator (pass side front of engine bay and has a load of brake lines going into it).
4. Just slam on your brakes while driving and see if the ABS actuator modulates brake pressure.

Also, park your car on an uphill. When you turn it on, put it in reverse and let your car roll back slowly with your foot on the brake (lightly). You'll feel the brake pedal pulse beneath your foot (within the first meter or two). Elsewhere on this forum, this was mentioned to be the ABS testing itself or something like that.
