hey wuz up everybody i have an 02 g20 sport package one n my gauges lights are really weak on it and i wanna change the bulb to a blue led light any advice how to do that??

iirc sports are differnt than all other p11s and this will not work, the sport gauges have some kinda plastic in them that refracts (?? breaks down) the light so if u put a colord LED behind there it will break the light down like a prism and u will have a rainbow looking gauge cluster

Random gague cluster question thrown in here. Anyone know if the S14, Z32, Z33, or any R32, R33, R34 Skyline gague clusters are plug-n-play with the P11's?

I just changed my cluster lights on my '02 sport to blue leds using the howto walk through and it worked fine. I used the #74xhp3 from superbrightled.com, the difference is you only need two bulbs to light all four guages. I bought 6(1 extra just incase) bulbs for the gauages and was confused when I got to the cluster because the only bulbs you can replace are the two for the guages, left turn signal, right turn signal, and the brights light signal.

Can you post a picture, because I have an 02 sport and I am very interested in this aswell. So all you did was put the l.e.d.s in NO wiring?

i dont have an 02 but have heard of this light refractor. if you get good led's, i.e. the expensive ones with greater light output you should be fine. i have a 99 and dont have the light refractor but i got a 5 led #74 bulb. two high-powered mini leds' on each side plus one on top. that pretty much clears up and spottyness or beam issues that most people complain about with leds.

I'll try to get a pic, might take me awhile. Also no wiring, just two bulbs for the guages, and they were stuck in the plastic bases so I had to break the old bulbs out to get the new wedge leds in.

you shouldnt have to break them. if you hold them real tight and just wiggle them from side to side the will come out of the base

does the needle light up well at night? or any dead spots?
