I am just starting out in rallycross and was wondering if my 2001 g20t can handle some rallycross?

it's not a jeep so I suspect you'd want to get proper beefier suspension that can handle it, install nice engine protection from bottoming out but I honestly don't know of any 'rally' p11s myself (seen some p10s but not p11 to be honest)
okay, even if its a completely flat rally cross with no jumps?
there was a member who used to rallycross his p11. if i remember correctly he was talking about getting coilovers to raise the car and i think he was running snow tires in the dirt so maybe not the best way to go but he was having fun.

p10 not p11, the p11 rallycross member might have just been asking about it.
I think with proper equipment and parts you will be just fine. It's a very popular rally platform in South America. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NhGueunZ9Bg
Youtube it, lots of cool vids of Primeras ripping it up P10 and P11!

Lots of videos of this rally event in Patagonia where majority of cars are P11 Primeras. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rG0rleSbw7o
i rallycrossed my p11 quite a few times. Colorado has a good scca rallycross crew. I wasnt very serious so i didnt have a good tire set up. I used 195 all seasons on stock springs and struts and it did great so much fun just do it you will have a blast. It was my first form of racing its a lot of fun but then i tryed autocross and enjoyed it a lot more and boughy some coils
You should come to GA and buy my B13 Rallycross car. It's all G in the areas that count (SR, trans with LSD), but has independent suspension at all 4 corners and works great in the dirt!

Just what I was thinking! Well done, John.
