Huh? I don't quite get it.trbobrk said:
Low Cost...Speed...Reliabilty......Choose any two
You mostly answered you own question.FF Drifter said:Huh? I don't quite get it.
Any car that you modifiy cheaply. ie. home depot CAIs, and other shortcuts to save money on performance will eventually have problems.FF Drifter said:Low Cost + Speed = okay, a cheap tuner car I guess. A Civic maybe?
Yes, small econoboxes like Hyandai and Kia. Those new cars were selling for less than I bought my nine year old car. Yes these are very cheap and somewhat reliable since the are Japanese. Yet you don't loose any races to them do you? I think Sam L. Jackson said it best in Die Hard 3, "built for economy, not for speed."FF Drifter said:Low Cost + Reliability = hmm, this I can imagine. A Corolla or maybe a Hyundai or something. Hyundai? What? Maybe....
Think of fast cars, they are not cheap. Mostly european, AMG MBs, M BMWs, 911s, things like that. Even Ferarri are haveing less problems these days, although exotics will tend to loose reliability due to there extreme nature. Maybe they would last longer it you kept it under 200mphFF Drifter said:Reliability + Speed = I can't think of many cars that'll fit these two. Speed means broken/worn-out parts...
