1. how old is that hose? 2. you can just take it off and cut off like 1/2 inch and should be able to reinstall. careful about the hose clamp dents. 3. or my preferred method, get a new radiator hose and install. cheap, ez, sure, and done.
I have a G37 with new factory Nissan/Infiniti dealer-bought hoses that do this exact same thing. The old ones did it too and was the reason I replaced them when replacing the radiator. No idea why. Only thing I can think of is silicone hoses may work better than the factory Nissan ones.
