Door Card Insert Removal

sooo i was wondering if any of you guys have tried this of thought about trying this.

im trying to see if there is a way of whats the best way to remove the cloth insert on the door card ( dont know if its called door card, just thought thats what they called it. if im wrong someone please chime in)
anywho... when im looking at it, it seems to be that the cloth is glued to a foam piece then glued to the plastic frame. some have suggested to use a heat gun to see if that will work .... others said to cut it out ...and just to peel it off. in efforts of trying to keep it from stretching or getting messed up id like to see if anyone else has tried doing it.

stole this from covertrussian

thanks for your input fellas

Here's how you do it - first, you sell me everything. Second, I install it in my P11. Problem solved.

done. close thread.
there are little metal tabs on the reverse side that you need to bend with pliers and they will come right out.

My thoughts...
I know enohand recovered the inserts on his P10, so he might have some tips for you. Not sure if they're attached the same way on a P11, but I'm betting they're similar.
step 1. take them to a professional.
step 2. give professional explicit instructions.
step 3. pay said professional.
step 4. wait for work to be done.
step 5. enjoy some jdm sport cloth.

either that's a different design or you need to remove the foam to reveal the tabs. here's a pic of the one I removed:
