Sorry about my language but i really need to vent right now and casualy tell you what the deal is.

i posted before this about how i wanted to use nissan because infiniti here shows no freakin respect..

i bought my g in NJ at ray catena and i gotta say that was the best dealership in the world as far as customer service

now in fl these redneck assholes have no freakin respect i have been having problems with their attitudes from day one.. Not to mention how i get almost no service when i go to the dealership they look as if i'm not worthy cuz i'm young or whatever !

so i said freak them and there was a prob with the car so i took it to another infiniti here in fl they are even more boooogy assholes think that they are the shiznit
i went to the dealership thinking about upgrading to the g35 a while ago or q45 and they didn't even pay me no mind . So i made up my mind! mark my word! i will never by and infiniti again!

The total ownership experience my ass you pay for that shit and it should be given youll see how they treat you when your car is payed off or when your warranty is over . Its all about the money for those damn bootlicking assholes

I LOVE MY G But fuck infiniti.

i hope someone steals my infiniti and i will get another freakin car. from another dealership.

for example: one time i take my car to get serviced and another older guy comes up in his g20 and i'm there like 20 min before him to get service but he rolls in and they taske his car keys first and pay me no mind trying to slip it by me so i got up and asked to speak to the manager then thats when all the sorry's came and the service guy there knew for a fact that i was waiting cuz he took my name when i got there

it cant be because i dont have money cuz i payed it off in three years i dont think its cuz i'm black cuz i dont want to vaguely accuse of something like that but whatever is they can take that shit and stick it uptheir infiniti ass!

not to mention one time i left my helmet and jacket in the car when i went to get service so i stopped by i rode by to pick them up and some guy was holding my helmet out of my car if i'm not mistaken they are not allowed to take anything that not theres out of the car if i didnt show up when i did it looked like the guy was about to try my helmet on thats is so freakin nasty i swear to my motha i would of beat his assssssss word up i would of wooped his ass if he put my helmet on!

anyway fuck them assholes everytime i'm there its like they know i dont like them so they study watching my warrenty so they could reject me on something i freaked them and got that extended warranty asshole gotta serve me still ntil i say i'm done!

i wish there was a dealership you could go to that genuinly wanted to help u and your car your looks and performance and etc. all these bastards care about is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

ok let me stop venting behind their back its time to call the dealer and stop talking behind their back! i'll tell them personaly

Give my Tally guys some excpetion

I've had a completely different exprence with my dealership. From the moment i set foot on the lot they've been really nice and friendly. So much so that my mom got an I35 b/c she hates all that cardealer shit and they didn't pull any one me when i got my G. They weren't too nice about mods, but regular serviceses have been great, loaner and all. If you can try Prestige in Tallahassee and talk to Telly, he's a good guy.

Yo Casual!!!!! I'm in the same boat as you man. I love my car. its sweet. I hate the freakin company. I had to bring my car in for servicing so many times. And each time they give me shit....But the mechanics know the car is fuckin up but that service dude that checks you in...always gives me shit. I called that 1800 customer service number thing and complained. hahahahahaha

Yeh man Infiniti those people are dicks. I think its cuz I"m a kid. I don't know.

I went there looking at the QX4 cuz I needed a car for winter but they were total dickheads. total turn off. Fuckers!!!

I went in my G20. And a pair of jeans and a t shirt and sandals.

The next week after church, I went in a suit, tie, and my friends 540.

They treated me like freakin god. those freakin bastards CAN SUCK MY EXHAUST AND LET ME DRIVE MY G UP THEIR ASS WITH ALL 145 HORSES AND 2996LBS!!!!! WELL + 165 with mein it and then some gas and some exta stuff...but you get my drift.

BASTARDS. Acura service i found was realy good. lexus sucked...Audi sucked. Mercedes and BMW was pretty good.

I bought my G at Infiniti of Mobile, which is a small dealership (all though I think they are part of the Sewell Family) Rene who is the service mgr there, never gave me giff about anything. He'd always had a car waiting for me and called me when everything was finished. I think their receptionist looked at me funny one time when I came to pick it after work and was filthy from head to toe.
But I think the worst experince I had with Infinti was when I had to get my car serviced here in Dallas. I had walked into their museum of a waiting area, the receptionist ignored me and wanted to deal with the fat cat with the I30, after I had to speak to her rudely to get my car in which I had made an appointment for, the service mgr eyed me when I asked where my loaner car was.
So, I guess it really depends on which stealership you go to. I've had much worse experince at the bigger, snootier Infiniti shops (Dallas and Charelston, SC) Infiniti of Mobile is wicked cool, I wish it wasnt far from here, I'd get my ride serviced there all the time!

Yeah, that kind of thing happens whever you are. they make a judgement without even talking to you and if that judgement don't fit, then you're left out in the cold.

I went to a ford dealer a while ago, turned up in my escort, ot utterly ignored. Showed up a little while later in my mums mondeo, Which is about 8 years newer.....

"Hello sir, how can we help?"

I'm the same guy, so you can see what makes the difference.

I took it in once and instead of giving me a loaner they drove me to school in my G...I think that is as bad as it gets..It;s pretty bad seeing an Infiniti guy driving my car out of my school back to the stealership!

thats weird that they run the infinit dealerships like that in other places, we have one dealership in washington state and its probably the most friendly place ive ever been.

when you first go in theres a hottie little receptionist waiting to answer your questions and send you to the right department. they have cookies and fruit while you wait, and ive never seen so many people swarm one customer in my life

Get this....my motor overheats in my 99g because of an f'ed up radiator leak, my motor winds up blown.... warped head, warped block, and water in three cylinders and in the oil pan.

the first thing the dealer did was hook me up with an 02 I30 that they let me rally around in for three weeks while they put a brand new long block in my G.

to tell you the truth i love my dealership, im for sure buying another one for my next car

Oh man!

I know exactly how you feel. Those freaks at the dealership (especially the service managers) couldn't give a crap about you if you are under 40 years old. Happened to me all the time in San Diego. I would pull into the service bay, and be sitting there for days, then i would get out and be looking in at the managers sitting in their offices or whatever... nothing. Then someone pulls in behind me with a Q45, and they are out greeting him before he even stops his car, and still pay no attention to me. I usally have to go into the dealership, pretend like im interested in a new car (which you can tell the salesmen think your just some punk kid and where is your father) to get some freaken service!
And they are usally really crappy about repairs too. I brought my car in because the side skirts were falling off, and they took one look at it and said, oh thats normal, and walked away. WHAT??? normal for it to just be hanging down like that on one side of the car only after 1 year? Give me a break!
Then I brought it in because I thought the engine was leaking oil because it was all over the engine compartment and burning on the exhaust (which i later learned from another dealership that was much more attentive to my needs, was from a really sloppy oil change by my dealership in SD) I lift the hood, and the guy takes one look at my stillen intake and says, "Oh, thats your problem right there". As if adding a freaken K&N filter is going to suddenly [email protected]#k up my engine and cause it to leak oil everywhere. I just laughed at him and left. Luckilly I dont have to put up with that crap anymore now that I moved to Orange County. The dealership here in Mission Viejo is pretty good you can tell they still will bump you for that old fart in the Q45, but at least they dont leave me stranded.
Its all about who you talk to though. There was a mechanic that worked at the SD dealership that was really cool. He even had a fixed up sentra at home, and the parts manager was super cool too.
I really don't understand that logic either.... Those older rich guys in the Q45's will maybe buy two more cars in their life from them, but when they blow off us younger guys, they are loosing customers for life, customers that will soon have all the dough, and will have to find another dealership to spend it at.
Dumbasses:mad:

(Its kind of like those snooty people that work at Nordstroms or Neiman Marcus... Its like, why do you think you are better than me, are you too good to help me? Thats funny, because you are the freaken pathetic salesman who can't even afford to buy what you sell!:p )

Theres my rant and rave....Oh yea, and I love my G!

yo man, that kind of bullshit service could happen at any dealership, not just Infiniti or Nissan or whatever. Don't blame Infiniti for the way you've been treated by those jerks. The true Infiniti experience is when you're in the car - sometimes it ends at the door step to the service shop...but what can you do....Hopefully you'll find a next shop that's a lot better. Luckily here in T.O., we have several dealerships to choose from. But I stay away from them unless I absolutely have to go there.

Dude i think its just the towns you guys live in..Maybe the people in your towns are rude or something because here in lA the infiniti guys kiss you asses. I was 16 when i first went to the dealerships looking at the I30s and they treated me like i was going to buy the car. They gave me brochures, gave me everyspec i wanted, they even reved the engine for me cuz i wanted to hear it. At 17 i was basically test driving every car in every dealership (just for fun) and i found out that Infiniti has got to be the nicest from them all. The people in the BENZ/BMW dealerhips always asked me about financing, about what type of cars my parents drove, bla bla bla while infiniti gave me test drives and helped me out whenever i needed it.

the one here in orlando is pretty good.

I agree that they shouldn't treat anyone like that because of age, and they should certainly treat you with respect when you already own the car and need repairs. But they probably get tons of 16-17 year olds who just want to take the cars for a spin and would never be able to buy one. That's probably why they tend to service older people better.

To gt rider- You a right that kind of bad service can happen at any dealership but yes i do blame infiniti cuz they do work for them . I dont care wether infiniti corporate disrespected me or not their employee did so i'm holding them accountable.

The main part that pissed me off is when they took stuff out of my car and was playing with them. I dont freakin like that at all! If you are doing a oil change and nothing else you have no freakin business checking out whats in my trunk and holding it and passing it around without my permission. That shit is not cool and i said something about it to the service manager and nothing happened so somebody give me the number please to the complaint center...

See i'm not a anal type of guy so at first i gave them the benefit of the doubt by saying hey whats up fellas can you please put my stuff back in the car but then they cought a attitude with me about the fact that i told him to put my stuff down. Come on now i'm here for only oil change no tire service nothing so what the freak is he doing in my trunk and holding my motha fuckin helmet in his hand. In fact let me shut up because i'm getting mad again thinking about that asshole who was touching my shit! Its like you send your girl to the nail salon to get her nails done and the nail tech reaches across and grabs your girl breast and says oops

FUCK that you betta beleive let my girl get grabbed by some guy thats only suppose to be doing her nails thats too messed up like i said in the beginning i'm not a mean spirited guy but when you hurt me like that i am going to defend myself..

You know something i think if it was something like a cd or something stupid then i wouldn't take it to the heart but when its something that i care about then i got pissed off extremely pissed off

To hypospray - i'm going to start going to the orlandon one or somewhere else nearby

Thank you for listening and i'm sorry about the language but thats how i feel
Take care

touching your shit?!? that's where I draw the line. They have no business playing around with your stuff. Man, you should just do your own oil changes...it's easy to do, plus it's cheaper for you to do it by yourself. Just go to the dealer for the more difficult mechanical stuff.

But ya, I would complain. You have to remember that these mechanics do work for Infiniti, but they're just regular peeps who happen to work there. Complain to Infiniti's head office or something like that. It's too bad that there are idiots giving Infiniti a bad rep out there.

I have been treated great by my Infiniti dealer about 99% of the time. The dealer I go to is one of the smaller Infiniti dealerships, and the salesman there always recognizes me right away and chats with me even though I haven't bought anything there. I don't even go there that often. Last time I brought my car in to have the starter replaced, the guy at the service desk gave me a bit of an attitude at first, probably because I brought in my dinged-up '93 G just before the weekend, wasn't 20 yet, but needed a loaner car. ;) I was dressed casually too, not even khakis. Also, I was 20 at the time, but look more like 16-17. But they did give me a nice-ass I30 loaner car for 5 days while they were working on my 93 G. Dropped it off Wednesday, they were done Friday and tried to call me to bring the loaner back, but I didn't answer and waited till Monday. No problems when I picked it up though, and they even returned the starter to me without me having to ask. They also washed my car. It was more expensive than having another place do it, but the loaner and good customer service made it worth it. They let me use my own starter, which was a generic one which saved me a lot of money. Infiniti's customer service is one of the main reasons why I want to stick with Infiniti. I like Nissan's vehicles too, but I've heard many a nightmare stories about their customer service, and I know the Nissan dealer in my town isn't very good.

BTW, the I30 is a damn nice car.

Might just be up here in NJ, but I've taken my gf's G20t for service numerous times and the service experience is far superior to Acura's.

The last time I had to take the G in was for the "shift/steering-lock, AT can't get out of Park" problem. I was dressed like a complete bum (it was an early bird dropoff) and got a 2001 I30 loaner. They called me later that morning and stated that ignition part was back-ordered, so it would an extra day or two and to keep the I.

With the Acura, you pretty much have to fight/beg the dealership for a loaner car since each dealer has it's own policies on loaners and warranty work (esp rotors, etc.) I shouldn't even mention that the last loaner I got from an Acura dealer was a Pontiac Sunfire.

sorry about punctuation i'm in a rush..
see its tricky right cuz i do do my own oil change but what happens is my dealership said that if i do my own oil change then next time i come in to the shop for lets say somethings wrong with my engine then they won't cover it because they will only mark in the computer the oil change that they do so i ask the service rep how about i bring the receipt or fax it each time i change the oil so they know that i'm not neglecting the car but he said no they won't put it in the computer

then as far as loaner car i had the g since 99 they say only four years or up to 60 thousand miles is when you can get a loaner mine was at 73,000 and i dropped it off last week for trans problem they said no loaner to high mileage even though i have the extended warranty plan my dealer in nj everytime i would go there even when i went with another car i had i had a 90 bmw 525i and i would get it serviced by them too and they even gave me a loaner for that

then not to mention like at 40 to 50 thousand miles every time i went for oil change i asked them to switch to synthetic every time they charged me for putting synthetic but put regular grade oil over and over the only way i knew that they weren't doing it was cuz the master tech there was a friend of mine and he told me the dealer buys the oil by bulk and puts about the same grade in all of them no synthetic..

about the i30 it looks like a big penis but hey it does have kick and great pickup it seems like that car got too much power for its own good turning was fun in the i30 cuz of the rear wheel drive every turn felt like it was about to drift but then back wheels would catch and bam theres the whiplash but it still lokks like a penis

about them possibly going to someone else because of an appointment not that time because the secretary scheduled me for the first scheduled service i was there so early and i was waiting for the service to open because i had to drop it off and get a loaner to go to work so i was in a rush..

not to mention after i got upset and complained to the manager about them touching my stuff he then proceeded to try to void my warranty because my battery was relocated to my trunk i didnt even get mad or anything i just took my keys off the wall and called my lawyer and left it at that my lawyer called them and the next day a service rep came to my house to pick up the car and two of them were there and they dropped me off a loaner at my house and fixed my car its just this redneck dealership here in this part of fl all other infinti's i've gone to have been cool
