I got the car washed today, and I was just 30 seconds ago standing outside at work admiring it in -35C weather with snow blowing in my face...and all the memories of watching BTCC Primeras racing around the track kicking everyone's asses flooded back to me. I was overwhelmed with a sense of joy to be looking at this mint condition car that is only a couple of months away from putting the same HP/TQ numbers to the wheels as these racing legends do (did?) when I swap in the DET. I remember the mismtatched/staggered rims with CRAZY negative camber, the ridiculously big brakes...the built-in hydraulics to lift the cars when they pitted in for gas and tires...

Damn I'm happy!!!!

Pic for reference:

*BTCC CARBON FIBRE SPLITTER: genuine part, ex works, seems OK fit on both P10 and P11, needs a little work ie: tidying up as has a few scuffs / scratches, but is a used BTCC part...

If this were going to be strictly a track car I'd be ALL OVER that splitter! With even a 2" drop I'm afraid that thing would be closer to the ground than would be remotely reasonable for a daily driver. Thanks for the link though, was nostalgic just to look at it!
