I have converted my eGT to a GSX as the online engine i could find was a GSX, however when engine runs it tends to die over 5500 rpm, I am using the eGT ECU and Exhaust Manifold but the rest of the engine is GSX, I have also converted the Oil filter holder to the eGT for the Oil pressue guage, but the car doesnt perform as good as i would like, Would sticking a set of eGT cams in the engine make a diff or are there any other differences that would need to be taken for to make the performance higher?

If you're using the eGT ECU you'll need the eGT O2, MAF, TPS and emission system. The Knock Sensor should be the same.

I am running the O2, MAF and emission system, but not the TPS, like i nsaid the engine runs fine just lags a bit at top end, not like hesitation just feels like its running out of power, I get no jerking or anything
