Well, first off I want to say THANK YOU to Jon (Cavern) for providing a helping hand with my Radiator and Edge Racing (SSAC 2.5") header install tonight.

Also a THANK YOU to Chuck (Octotat) for leaving the header stored at my house long enough for me to install it.

How this all came about is, today on my way to work I noticed some water splashing out of the grill of my P10. I pulled over to check it and found about a 3" crack in the top of my radiator (end tank).

I went and picked up a new radiator and figured while I was in there, I might as well swap out the header. =)
(My old Stillen header was leaking anyway).

The new radiator core is thicker than the stock one and looks heavier duty.

I'll provide pics in a day or two.

Well, to add insult to injury.. I found last night that my bottom hard line (that goes to the heater core) had a tooth pick sized hole in it, just above where the hose goes on the hard line.

I ended up just moving the hose further up, to cover the new hole. So it no longer leaks.

It seems that in the past when I didn't have any anti-freeze around the house, I only put water in. Well after two years of water.. I'm getting rust in my coolant system.

The thin walled hard lines are rusting from the inside out (the hard line that pipes coolant in under the throttle body also had a pin hole in it about a month ago).

So.. I guess I'll be trying to find a VVL motor sooner than I thought...

oh, and I have a leak in the new header somewhere, I haven't found it yet though?

Feels alot better than my old header. =)

But I do still have a leak, and I only have the stock exhaust and 91' intake cam in there now. I need to install my S3's to take more advantage of the bigger primaries and the 2.5" outlet..
