Ok, i have the mesh i want, and i removed my grille, but now the question is...what is the easiest way to remove the black plastic crap? Do i saw it? Melt it? ive removed the screws and all that took off was that chrome plastic peice. Any tips???

a fine tooth hacksaw....sandpaper....bondo....more sandpaper....be careful, go slow, and remember there is only so many things you can fix with bondo....duct tape on the other hand.......

Yeah Ive used a hacksaw and You'd be surprised how ez that plastic comes off--Ive done it on my Sentra grill and Toyota and Honda bumpers.....

GET A DREMEL!!!! those things are freiken tite. So many uses for them. A very very nice tool to have.

i used a dremel w/ a metal cutting disc. i would highly suggest wearing eye protection and maybe gloves of some kind the plastic melts and flies every where. have fun, be safe.:lol: :dead:
