Help with passenger seat

I've only seen this once before, and it was some change stuck in the track.
Either than or your adjustment arm bent/broke and doesn't unlock the seat. You will probably have to remove it and then remove the rails from the seat to fully see what the issue is.
If this is a P11 then you need to disconnect the battery before you do anything so the airbag light isn't triggered when you take the seat out.
