I don't know if this is common with the G20, but my ignition key gets really, really hot after a long drive. It obviously sounds like a high rersitance problem. Anyone heard of, or experienced this phenomenon?

P.S. – I'm a newbie here. Whats all this distinction between a P10/11?

Thank you for your response, primera man. The ignition-switch mount seems lose to me, so maybe this is just a one-off case wherein tightenting the mount will reduce the ground return restistance and solve the problem.

At least I hope so! I'll post the result for any who might encounter a similar problem.
