Check your grounds, for shorts, fuses. Rewire back to stock, troubleshoot from there if all else fails.

Ok, so I rewired back to stock after the one bulb was out. Now neither are working. Fuses and relays are all fine so I don't know what I could have done? I'm positive I didn't mess up the wiring.

You screwed the pooch somewhere.
Check your relay switch. Idk how it happened but mine was fried when I checked.
If they were working fine before then its something that you've done thats messed up. Pics help.

Just did this and tapped into the Ac compressor relay... My 99 was a little different as far as relay location, but was fairly straightforward
